Big Announcement! XAS has officially secured a strategic partnership with Germany’s century-old brand Kömmerling. All XAS window and door ranges are upgraded with authentic German Ködispace®4SG™ premium warm-edge sealing technology, resetting benchmarks for high-end door and window quality with refined German engineering.
Developed in German research labs, the 4SG warm-edge spacer removes thermal bridging flaws found in conventional aluminium spacers. Its monolithic thermoplastic structure tightly bonds insulated glass with embedded molecular sieve desiccant, limiting annual argon gas leakage to just 0.08%. The original manufacturer provides a 25-year warranty against insulated glass fogging and air seepage.
Thanks to superior sealing craftsmanship, the products excel in thermal retention, sound insulation and air tightness: trapping indoor heat in winter, blocking excess heat in summer and effectively lowering air conditioning costs.
